Agua Dulce Beach Resort Booking and Cancelation Policies:

-All rates are based on a SGL or DBL occupancy por the room por night. Rates plus 13% gov. tax. All rooms have 2 double beds.

– Deposit, payment and cancellation policies.

EXTRA PERSONS PER ROOM

Extra person per room must pay $ 25.00 + taxes. 3 years and up

Prices for extra people include breakfast, are per person per night.

PAYMENT POLICY applies throughout the year

All amounts are in dollars, if you want to pay in colones you must use the exchange rate of the day, when the payment is made.

PAYMENT POLICY INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION

– Reservations from 1 to 5 rooms

A request by email, against availability, is required to make the reservation request, to the following email aguadulcefrontdesk@gmail.com

To maintain and guarantee a reservation;

A 100% deposit is required 15 days before the client’s arrival day.

Guides and drivers; In these cases, the guides and drivers offer a special rate, standard room with two Queen beds, $ 50.00 + taxes, per night, breakfast not included. This can be included in the quote if breakfast is requested from drivers and guides will cost $ 11.00 per person, per day, + taxes

Agua Dulce Lodge reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice, any reservation that does not comply with the request for confirmation and payment policies.

GROUPS of more than 5 rooms

A request by email, against availability, is required to make the reservation request, to the following email aguadulcefrontdesk@gmail.com

To maintain and guarantee a reservation;

A 50% deposit is required, 30 days before the customer’s arrival day.

And the remaining balance must be deposited 15 days before the day of arrival of the client.

Guides and drivers; Includes one room, two Queen beds with double CPL occupancy, breakfast not included. In the event that it is requested in the quote, breakfast will cost $ 11.00 per person, per day + taxes

Agua Dulce Lodge reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice, any reservation that does not comply with the request for confirmation and payment policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

-POLICIES OF INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP CANCELLATION.

The reservation must be canceled only to the following email aguadulcefrontdesk@gmail.com, telephone cancellations will not be accepted nor by any other means than that specifically requested.

-Cancel less than 72 hours before the date of entry, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made, no credit notes will be made. Without exception. This applies throughout the year (business days and natural)

The refund of money is made to the same card with which the purchase was made.

-50% credit note from 4 to 15 days before arriving at the Lodge

-100% refund or credit for the balance owed, will be issued 16 to 30 days before arrival at the Lodge.

These rules are used at any time of the year.

Check in: 2:00 p.m. Departure: 11:00 am.

Agua Dulce only and only offers accommodation with breakfast.

If the agency requires the service of lunches and dinners, or any other type of food, it must be organized directly with the restaurant. Please send us the request and we will send you the contacts. Take note that the invoice corresponding to this service will be issued by the restaurant directly.

We do not receive payments for any activity outside the hotel, such as transportation or tours. In Agua Dulce we can organize it for your clients, but they must be paid directly by the client, in cash upon arrival.
